These session are in person. I am located in Skipton Yorkshire but willing to travel up to 25 miles.
Beyond that please add £20 for travel fees

Introductory Sign Language session.
For the fun of learning.
This is a three hour session with a break. Learn basic sign language communication through group games. This session also includes some deaf awareness and site specific signs that are specific to your job.

Customer Relations
This course is booked per session depending on your need.
What do you do if you have a deaf customer? Look at techniques to aid communication. This course aims to develop confidence, make your customers feel valued and make your staff feel proud of thier service.

Deaf Awareness
Do we get confused and embarresed when meeting a person who cannot communicate in spoken English? This is the course for you. The aim is to develop our awareness for all people in the community. From hearing loss due to age to fully deaf people. Even to non native speakers

Personal development
This is a five week program. 90 mins per session.

In this course you will develop you signing skills to the point of been able to tell a story without speaking.
This is a popular course as many can transfer the skills learnt into common work situations.
This course doesn't just develop communication skills but also the ability to think out of the box and look at a way to communicate we may never have thought about before. This course is fun and helps to develop good team relations.

You tailor the course or event to your needs.
